SPACHS Registration Packages

Resident Students: The Student Registration Form is a "Fillable" form. Click on the Registration Form to open the form in your browser window.  Fill in all fields and choose "Print > Save to PDF" at the top of the browser window to save the completed form to your own personal use.  Do Not use the "Download" arrow (Chrome browser) as it will erase the data that you entered. 

Non-Resident  Students: Please click on the registration form link above to begin the application process. Note that acceptance is based on availability of programming and allotted space.
